Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Travel Industry Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing as capable back-ups and provide guidance and tools
  • Completing reporting and analyze call data to identify trends
  • Ensurimg all client expectations, actions, targets and goals as outlined

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel up to 10%
  • A minimum of five years in the travel / hospitality industry
  • A minimum of five years Contact Center management and Client/Project Management experience
  • Airline Sabre GDS experience required
  • Experience developing multi-step improvement plans and working with agents
