Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Travel Industry Team Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing as capable back-ups and provide guidance and tools
- Completing reporting and analyze call data to identify trends
- Ensurimg all client expectations, actions, targets and goals as outlined
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to 10%
- A minimum of five years in the travel / hospitality industry
- A minimum of five years Contact Center management and Client/Project Management experience
- Airline Sabre GDS experience required
- Experience developing multi-step improvement plans and working with agents
