Job Summary

A travel services company is filling a position for a Remote Travel Sales Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build new customer relationships by taking 1-2 inbound calls per hour
• Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner
• Thoroughly conduct necessary follow-up to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of two years of sales experience
• Proven ability to build customer relationships
• Strong typing skills and proficient with internet navigation
• Ability to communicate through all mediums
• Open to receive coaching feedback through regular meetings and apply learnings
• Disciplined and resourceful to meet business demands
