Job Summary

A travel technology and services company is in need of a Remote Travel Technology Merchant Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own and lead merchant relationships
• Help merchants define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
• Build evergreen content, processes, resources, and frameworks for customers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Technical knowledge of data ingesting and data onboarding
• 3+ years of experience serving in a customer or merchant support or product support role for a SaaS or technical platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
