Job Summary
A travel technology and services company is in need of a Remote Travel Technology Merchant Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own and lead merchant relationships
- Help merchants define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
- Build evergreen content, processes, resources, and frameworks for customers
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge of data ingesting and data onboarding
- 3+ years of experience serving in a customer or merchant support or product support role for a SaaS or technical platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
