Job Summary
A banking and financial institution is in need of a Remote Treasury Management Strategy and Planning Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and challenges
- Designing and maintaining strategic KPI reporting for TM sales
- Coordinating the change efforts of sales teams and ensuring alignment
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
- Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems
- Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan
