Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Triage Consultant I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive professional assessments of users’ needs for core NMC/EAP
• Meeting requirements for and acting as a mentor to new and less experienced triage consultants
• Acting as a clinical Point of Contact (POC) for the supervisors

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other human services fields required
• Minimum 1-year related post-graduate work experience
• Experience in counseling, social work, mental health services
• Knowledge of mandated procedures for child or elder abuse situations
• Familiarity in core service areas of child development, parenting, adoption, education, and service for older adults
• Strong MS Office skills, ability to type 50 wpm
