Job Summary

A nonprofit is filling a position for a Remote Trilingual French and Portuguese Normative Framework ECOWAS International Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Develop a Draft Advisory/Technical Guidelines on Mainstreaming Anti-GBV
• Collate, review and analyze, ECOWAS Programs
• Design and administer questionnaires to Key ECOWAS respondents

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of international experience and record of accomplishment in international development
• Minimum of Master's degree or equivalent degree in gender studies
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in research and programming on SGBV or related subjects
• Substantive knowledge and skill in Legal, Policy and Operational Analysis at regional or international level
