Job Summary

A technology company specializing in fraud protection solutions is seeking a Remote Trust and Safety Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a 20+ person team of Trust and Safety Operations Managers and their direct reports
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective trust and safety operation programs to align with the company's strategic needs
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years experience working in risk operations, finance, consulting, chargeback resolution, or collections services or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience leading high impact distributed teams and projects
  • Skilled at building relationships with leaders as well as technical teams to drive results
