Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Trust Real Estate Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring proper administrative and reporting procedures are conducted for each asset
- Maintaining control of liability to the account and to the bank that may result from asset management decisions
- Escalating issues to management in a timely manner to mitigate risk
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in trust management, business, or equivalent experience, education, and related training
- Minimum 10 years' experience in real estate management in multiple property types
- Strong technical and regulatory background
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
