Job Summary
A university has a current position open for a Remote Undergraduate Cloud Adjunct Faculty Member.
Must be able to:
- Provide a learning environment that supports student success
- Teach synchronous or asynchronous seminars
- Maintain school-determined virtual office hours per week for each class
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree
- Two or more years of related cloud experience and/or training
- Strong Amazon Web Services and Azure background
- Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and Adobe Connect meeting technology
- Knowledge of and skill in Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, Hive, Pig, MySQL, Hbase, Maven, Sqoop and other Apache Open Source Tools
