Job Summary
A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Underwriter Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Review and analyze loan transaction; title and credit reports
- Analyze documentation received from Loan Originator for acceptability
- Clear conditions within designated authority level
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years in mortgage lending operations; processing or UW
- Knowledge of AUS engines and forward mortgage guidelines
- Ability to manage the Clear to Close process between the Originator, UW CTC and the Closing department
- Ability to effectively communicate all conditions and requirements to Loan Originator
- Ability to work closely with the underwriting staff to provide the best service possible
- Ability to conduct business with integrity and in a highly ethical manner
