Job Summary
A specialty insurance and reinsurance company is seeking a Remote Underwriting Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Assist underwriters in carrying out their essential duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with underwriters
- Interact with brokers to assist with follow up for underlying information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to function effectively in a time sensitive and high-volume environment
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with agent/broker workforce
- Intermediate analytical ability
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
