Job Summary
A financial agency is seeking a Remote Underwriting Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Negotiating offers for placement of policies
- Supporting profitability goals by assessing the expected mortality/morbidity of individual life applicants
- Supporting marketing goals by issuing life insurance coverage on a favorable and timely basis
Required Skills:
- Present a strong leadership example
- 6 years of individual life underwriting experience
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of work experience
- Maintain professional level of expertise recognized both within and outside the company
- Ongoing progress towards FLMI, RHU and AALU designations
