Job Summary

An insurance technology company is filling a position for a Remote Underwriting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coaching people managers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure company and team hit all KPIs
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing efficiency initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
  • 7 years experience with customer support experience in an insurance call center environment
  • P&C license
  • BA/BS or comparable work experience
  • Fluent working across various insurance distribution channels
  • Able to build effective relationships, both internally and externally
