Job Summary

A business process outsourcing provider is filling a position for a Remote Underwriting Supervisor in Eden Prairie.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing day to day workload and balance underwriting assignments
• Monitoring and addressing employee job performance and attendance issues
• Reviewing and assessing employee data to monitor workflow production and activities, payroll, and performance on an ongoing and annual basis

Position Requirements Include:

• Previous Supervisory experience or minimum 5 years at a Senior UW level
• Minimum of 6-8 years of underwriting experience
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or better
• Strong medical, procedural and technical knowledge
• Requires excellent leadership qualities with ability to provide consistent direction and guidance in a fast-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree or RN preferred; or equivalent combination of education and LTC underwriting experience
