A call center services provider has a current position open for a Remote Unemployment Insurance Claims Contact Center Claims Representative II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound contacts
  • Researching systems to find missing information
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-years experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, chat, or administrative support
  • Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
