Job Summary
An aerospace engineering company has a current position open for a Remote Urban Mobility Program Operations and Process Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and supporting a new program operations and processes team
- Facilitating programmatic process development, roll out, sustainment, and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute a program operations and process roadmap that aligns with the PMO
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with waterfall planning utilizing an integrated master schedule (IMS)
- Process development, and scaling experience
- Project management experience
