Job Summary

A law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote US and Foreign Patent Prosecution Assistant in Sacramento.

Must be able to:

Help with client management including drafting/filing documents/forms
E-file through EFS and ePCT
Correspond with clients, foreign counsels, and patent offices

Skills and Requirements Include:

Understand U.S., PCT, Foreign, and National Stage patent deadlines
Experience handling administrative actions in patent applications
At least 1 year of intellectual property law office experience in a similar position
Experience entering time/bills and invoicing in QuickBooks
