A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote US Army Recruiting Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing a team of Lead Refinement Recruiters responsible for prequalifying candidates
  • Onboarding and developing Lead Refinement
  • Executing and delivering on talent acquisition recruiting lead generation volume and quality targets

Required Skills:

  • Most local positions offer work-at-home after training on-site
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior honorable service as a 79R Station Commander
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in recruiting role
  • Practical experience qualifying to be a subject matter expert in military recruitment
