Job Summary

A vaccine and therapeutics development company is in need of a Remote US Corporate Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing legal support and technical expertise to designated corporate functions
  • Providing U.S. securities law advice to partners in the US and ex-US
  • Advising executive management regarding material legal issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Lawyer licensed to practice law in the US
  • At least 5 years of practicing at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or highly regarded US legal practice
  • Experience advising on corporate matters, including M&A, licensing and other business development matters
  • Expertise in advising on US securities and disclosure laws
  • In-house legal experience
