Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Email Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing customer communication journeys across multiple channels
• Serving as the voice of the customer with other business partners
• Acting as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of customer communication or UX experience
• Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products
• Prior experience in project/program management is ideal
• Previous experience with Agile Methodology will also be helpful
