Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote User Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

• Provide managerial guidance to team members to complete their assigned duties and meet or exceed expectations
• Recruit and retain employees; provide frequent performance and developmental feedback to team members
• Identify training needs. Oversee the training and development of new and experienced staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in software development, quality assurance, or related technical work
• Have demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Have significant experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Illustrator
• Have demonstrated technical skills to effectively manage technical teams
• Have adeptness to effectively collaborate with employees, customers and partners from diverse academic, professional and cultural backgrounds
• Have excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
