Job Summary
A wild-caught, sustainably sourced seafood provider has an open position for a Remote User Experience User Interface Product Design Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create sketches, wireframes and high fidelity prototypes that reflect product requirements and meet the user's needs
- Build and continuously improve a product design process
- Spearhead a user research process that's appropriately tailored to the complexity of the corresponding initiative
Qualifications for this position include:
- Multiple years of hands-on UI and UX experience
- Significant experience growing and coaching product design teams
- Have built and led highly collaborative design processes time and time again
- eCommerce subscription design experience
- Well-versed in design tools like Figma
- Demonstrated leadership capability
