Job Summary
A web-based hosting service for version control is seeking a Remote User Policy Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Investigate and respond to reports of abuse from both users and non-users
- Review and process legal notices and other types of content removal requests
- Work closely with Legal and Policy teams to help create and refine site policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others
- Interest in law and policy as it applies to user-generated content platforms
- Self-starter who works well without direct supervision
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
