Job Summary

The User Research Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting participants for research activities/studies across Ultimate Software's product areas. You'll create and manage user panels as part of our recruiting outreach. You're a recruiter with strong analytical skills, are highly organized, and can manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously. You have a passion for recruiting people so that we can continuously make our software better. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with researchers and designers to support their recruitment needs for research studies
Recruit participants in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
Screen and schedule participants for studies
Communicate with the researcher on recruiting progress and provide details about session schedule and participant background
Manage communication with the participants, including handling consent forms, thank you's and compensation
Update database records to track participation
Continually look for ways to optimize the recruiting process
Work directly with customer relationship managers to recruit customers of our products
Create and maintain user panels
Work with external recruiting agencies, if needed
Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience as a research coordinator, research assistant, business administrator, or recruiter
Basic knowledge of UX and research methodologies or a desire to learn
Experience using spreadsheets (such as Excel and Google Sheets) for data organization
Able to lead programs independently and keep the team updated on progress
Highly motivated, able to work unsupervised, and experience prioritizing one's own workload
The ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
Experience collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for international studies
Experience successfully building and launching user panels and specialized user groups
Technical proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce
Experience working in HCM, Payroll or HR or Enterprise Software
Experience working in a lean or agile delivery environment
Physical Requirements:

Long periods of computer usage and sitting are typical of this role
