Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Utilization Management Administration Coordinator 2.

Must be able to:

  • Provide non-clinical support for the policies ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care or services for members
  • Handle requests from the provider side (doctors, primary care physicians, specialists, etc.)

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years within the Medical Field or Customer Service experience
  • Able to work Eastern Time Zone Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Occasional weekends and some overtime will be required
