Job Summary

A management consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote UX and UI Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing, coaching and mentoring UX/UI Design team
  • Creating and documenting UX/UI Standards
  • Identifying and organizing quantitative feedback from analytics to improve the solution

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or related IT field
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • 3+ years designing UX/UI for complex, data driven applications
  • 5+ years of experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
  • 5+ years collaborating with front-end developers
  • 5+ years working in an agile environment
