Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote UX Design Director.

Must be able to:

• Help define, prioritize, and execute a clear UX vision roadmap
• Hire, mentor, and lead an excellent team of designers and researchers
• Set and achieve performance targets to measure the success of the design team

Required Skills:

• 8+ years' experience creating strategy, designing and building enterprise products
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional design oriented teams
• Ability to collaboratively create strategy from quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience delivering clear insights, problem solving, and simple solutions
• Ability to communicate strategy to stakeholders through influence and presence
