Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote UX Research Associate in Mountain View.

Must be able to:

• Plan and conduct remote formative studies
• Plan and conduct remote service design research
• Assist senior researchers on larger projects

Position Requirements Include:

• B.A./B.S. (completed) in Human Factors, Social Sciences, HCI, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a researcher in applied industry
• Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing reports of formative user experience evaluations
• Experience organizing resources
• Able to conduct heuristic evaluations
• Experience producing observational findings from usability testing
