- Leading the creation and evolution of UX research processes, deliverables and capabilities
- Hiring, building and managing a team of high performing UX researchers across different initiatives
- Defining research goals by collaborating with other Tech Org directors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years managing and mentoring a team of researchers
- Concrete examples of driving business impact and value with research insights (software products)
- Diverse background and experience with research methods including field studies, data analysis, usability testing, behavior analysis
- A proven track record of leading a successful UX Research team with an ability to mentor and motivate the team
