Job Summary
An educational services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote UX Researcher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Gaining qualitative insights on customers’ needs and current pain points
- Generating and conducting surveys and online experiments
- Creating low fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and experiments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in UI/UX Product Design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- 2 years experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, customer interviews, and similar
- Experience in the integration of consumer research into a business’s product design
- Experience in product usability testing tools, such as UserTesting, Userlytics, etc
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Excel, PPT, Word, or similar products
- Strong comprehension of the strengths and limitations of the different research methods
