Job Summary

An educational technology company has a current position open for a Remote UX Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinating user interviews and usability tests with students, faculty, and internal technology users
• Leading contextual inquiries with one of our partner-programs and/or compose user journey maps
• Presenting your findings to the executive leadership team and influencing strategic decisions

Qualifications Include:

• 2-4+ years of experience in the technology industry conducting qualitative user research
• Experience planning, conducting, and designing qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience with basic data analysis techniques and collaboration with data science teams
• General understanding of technology trends, specifically web and mobile application usage
• Comfort with the logistical challenges and workflows of recruiting for research
