Job Summary

An education solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote UX Technical Education Product Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Writing user-friendly in-product copy, including: feature descriptions, user instructions, system messages, emails, and tooltips
• Developing multimedia assets to help customers better understand and adjust to any changes in UI, UX, and workflows

Required Skills:

• Outstanding writing and editing skills, as well as sound working knowledge of current web content development practices
• 3 or more years of technical writing experience creating customer-facing user guides
• Must provide technical writing samples for consideration
