A travel services company has an open position for a Remote Vacation Travel Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Quote and book air, hotel, and sightseeing reservations
• Provide unparalleled destination product knowledge
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with Calypso Native
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Sabre is mandatory
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to achieve financial results and KPIs
• Ability to problem solve and resolve customer issues
• Excellent time management skills
