Job Summary

a staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote VDI Engineer in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and recommends usage policies and operational guidelines
  • Designing technical architecture for all core application services
  • Defining application and system configuration standards

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of industry deployment tools such as SCCM, LANDESK or any other enterprise application deployment
  • Expert knowledge of VMware Horizon View technology stack with Appvolume/Appstack, AppSense, AppDNA and UEM is required
  • Enterprise knowledge of Active Directory / DHCP / DNS / Group Policy in a distributed environment
  • Enterprise knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 Desktop Operating Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field plus 5+ years of related experience
  • Enterprise knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 / Desktop Security Patch Management
