Job Summary
A transportation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Vehicle Rental Customer Service Representative in Chattanooga.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Talking with and listening to customers while using multiple applications
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
- Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience focused on resolving customer concerns
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC)
