A vehicle rental company is seeking a Remote Vehicle Rental Customer Service Representative in the Albuquerque Area.

Must be able to:

  • Handle multiple tasks
  • Talk with and listen to customers
  • Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases

Required Skills:

  • Complete I-9 in person
  • Must currently live in Albuquerque, NM, or the immediate surrounding area
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must have experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Work-related experience working on a personal computer
  • Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 6 weeks
