Job Summary
A car rental company is in need of a Remote Vehicle Reservation Sales Representative in Detroit.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling 80-100 incoming calls per day and talking with potential customers
- Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases
- Following sales techniques to maximize revenue
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Minimum of six months customer service experience
- One year sales experience in a performance/commission-based or metric-driven environment
- Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC),
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 3 weeks M-F from 9-5:30pm CST
