Job Summary

An eCommerce platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Vendor Relations Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Presenting our Company and products, and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective vendors and current vendors
  • Identifying and contacting potential vendor partners through cold calls, emails, and appropriate social media channels
  • Tracking and reporting on new vendor activity as dictated by management

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
  • One to two years’ experience working with software, eCommerce products, SaaS solutions
  • One to two years’ experience as a Business/Sales/Marketing Development Representative
  • Proven experience aggressively prospecting and generating new vendor leads
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude
  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM familiarity, and proficiency with social media channels for prospecting
