Job Summary
A certified call captioning provider has an open position for a Remote Vendors Inside Sales Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Manage scheduling and assignment of installation work orders
- Interact with contracted technicians as well as our Business Development Managers
- Manage caseload associated with contractor work orders as well as processing technician work order approvals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
