A company is looking for a Remote Care Coordinator - Veterinary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client experience through high volume calls and emails related to pet care and clinic information
• Triage and route calls to appropriate team members and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Utilize various software platforms to document interactions and communicate with team members

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in the health industry
• Experience managing a significant volume of emails and calls daily
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Zendesk and Vetspire
• Previous experience in appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
• Access to a quiet workspace for professional communication during calls
