Job Summary
A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Victim Intake Specialist II in Missouri Township.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting private individuals by telephone, both inbound/outbound
- Following prepared scripts to encourage callers to complete legal document(s)
- Responding to client's questions with empathy and compassion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fast, stable internet connection (25 MBPS or higher)
- Data entry accuracy
- Must have a quiet workspace
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding quotas
