A company in the language industry needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Video Remote Interpreter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing effective and accurate video remote interpretation between English and the spoken language
- Maintaining the appropriate tone of voice, register and observe cultural nuances
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluent in English and the spoken language
- Healthcare interpretation program or at least 2 years of consistent medical interpretation experience
- Strong knowledge of professional Code of Ethics along with HIPAA Compliance
- Ability to work under pressure in real time
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
