Job Summary

A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Villa Concierge.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and email inquiries
  • Convey enthusiasm to customers and have a genuine desire to be of service
  • Proactively recommend experiences or add-ons

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel on FAM inspection trips when required
  • 3-5 years travel sales industry experience and knowledge of luxury vacation destinations
  • The ability to build strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a personable phone presence
  • Must be highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office software
