Job Summary

A remote patient monitoring company has a current position open for a Remote Vitals Monitoring Call Center Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as secondary level escalation point for member issues
  • Developing and implementing best practice algorithms, protocols and policies and procedures based on clinical guidelines
  • Utilizing established practices, policies and procedures for vitals monitoring

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related call center and/or clinical leadership experience
  • Ability to manage large call center teams
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced at coaching team members to improve performance
  • The ability to engage team members and respect them as individuals
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
