A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Vocational Case Manager in South Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing RTW referrals from Ability Analysts
• Contacting physicians as needed
• Providing job seeking skills training to claimants

Qualifications Include:

• Master's degree in Counseling
• CRC designation
• Must be a vocational professional
• Knowledgeable of return to work best practices and ergonomics
• Knowledgeable of FMLA and related Human Resources topics
