Job Summary

An online marketplace is seeking a Remote Voice of Customer Senior Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and recommending solutions to customer problems
  • Leading cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Supporting business partners to understand and resolve customer friction

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years analyzing large customer datasets in a call center environment
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Human-Centered Design, or similar
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to simplify and interpret customer issues for audiences at all levels
  • Experience with text, speech, and other analytical tools used to find specific customer pain points
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and coordination skills
