Job Summary
A telecommunications services provider has an open position for a Remote Voice Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing site survey and scope of work documents to design and provision customer voice services
- Using Dash reports and modules to complete voice provisioning tasks within defined intervals
- Communicating effectively with the customer and/or vendor to understand their setup and business needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma, College degree in technology field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) year’s voice, data and/or internet industry experience required
- Basic computer, keyboard and mouse utilization, including various software applications, internal order database management systems, MS Word and MS Excel
- Fundamental working understanding of voice, data and internet customer application requirements
- Highly organized, must be able to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy
