Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Voluntary Benefit Process Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Representing the Voluntary Benefits organization as a Voluntary Benefits Administration Subject Matter Expert
  • Driving the customer experience by creating, implementing and monitoring Voluntary Benefit processes
  • Creating strong vendor relationships by ensuring vendor compliance with Third Party Risk Management standards

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of Voluntary Product Administration experience
  • Experience with Voluntary Products (Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity or Accident)
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous / fast-paced environment, communicate rationale and adjust mid-course
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
