Job Summary

A suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization is in need of a Remote Volunteer Counselors Program Associate in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage aspects of the chat and text volunteer schedule and operations with an eye towards efficiency and solutioning
• Implement aspects of the chat and text volunteer communication strategy for 1000+ chat and text volunteers
• Maintain and update chat and text volunteer profiles, records and cases in our database system
