Job Summary
An IT security company has an open position for a Remote vSOC ServiceNow Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow system
- Lead the execution of the ServiceNow roadmap to maintain alignment between ServiceNow and the business needs
- Collect and incorporate business requirements into a ServiceNow roadmap
Qualifications Include:
- Experience creating and leading the execution of a ServiceNow roadmap
- Experience managing ServiceNow in a multi-client environment
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Must be an independent self-starter
- Must be capable of leading small workgroups
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk
